Each potential employee has to undergo a thorough screening prior to being offered a caregiver position. Our screening process starts from the first conversation we have with the applicant. Our interview process, which includes behavioral and values testing, evaluates the applicant for honesty, compassion, work ethic, and compatibility to name just a few. We have the ideal standards for the people we hire.
Each applicant must successfully pass our written and skilled competency testing as well as the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Level 2 Background Screening. Their work history is evaluated then verified before drug testing is performed.
A physical examination and a negative Mantoux test result are also required. We feel very comfortable and confident that you’ll be equally impressed with our employees. We’re so sure, we guarantee it! "We are Licensed, Insured, and Bonded!"

- Each employee is bonded for $25,000.00.
- All staff is mandated to have full coverage auto insurance and a copy is kept on file.
- We carry general and professional liability insurance amounting to $1,000,000 and $3,000,000, respectively.

Supervision of Staff and Progress Reporting
Home health aides are supervised by a registered nurse. Visits to the client’s home are made by a registered nurse who will evaluate the employee’s performance and will perform an assessment of the client. The plan of care can be adjusted at this time if necessary.
Client progress reports are maintained in the client file.
